TC-ONE TOWER and SKYWALK TOWER 1 & 2 are two of the landmarks in Calicut completed by us. TC-ONE TOWER, with a total built up area of 70000 sq ft stands tall in the centre of the city, Pottamal Calicut. It is a 10 storied structure with a glass encased façade currently being rented out to Kalyan Silks.

TC One Skywalk is a twin tower township project located at NH bypass, Calicut. With 234 apartments consisting of 1, 2 and 3 BHK, this project aimed to define the concept of super luxury in Kerala.

We have also launched a commercial venture, TC One PALMRO which is a four star hotel project situated on India’s most facilitated 6 lane NH Bypass in Calicut.
